A fun thing happens when you paste the URL of your blog into Tagxedo:
Now, in all honesty, there was a little tweaking. For instance, I tend to write a lot about religion. I left "religion" in, but took out the tags for most specific religions. Also, Tagxedo literally takes EVERY word on your blog page, so by using the "Word/Layout options" feature, I removed the months (I might have missed one) and days, as well as other bloggy words like "comments," and, well, "blog." The end result is a little interesting. I've been writing my blog here and there since 2007, I think, and my focus has shifted from a way to share pictures of some of my adventures to posting my musings on the universe that are too long for Facebook (or that would likely get me unfriended). It's been a long time since I've gone back through the entire blog to see what I'd written about. Some of the words here were expected, while others came as a bit of a surprise. For example, had I left it in, "Christianity" would have been on of the biggest words. I write about my faith often, but I didn't think I used that exact word that much. Anyway, using Tagxedo (or a similar Web 2.0 thing) provided for me an interesting way to get a different look at my blog.
